Frustrated

So I had my follow up appointment with my RE today.  And, in his words, "he doesn't know what to do with me".

I started AF, or so I thought on Friday.  But (TMI warning ahead) it was brownish and really light.  That continued till Sunday when it got a bit darker but still light.  Then last night I was doing laundry and all of a sudden I felt a gush.  I went to the washroom and  it was a huge clot and was bright red.  Then today it was back to brown.

When I was at the RE last he had given me a req to get bloodwork done on CD25.  I asked the nurse at the clinic if it was for this cycle or the Clomid one.  She told me that one so I got it done but apparently it was supposed to be this cycle.  Sigh.  So he really has nothing to go on this cycle.  I could have had a m/c but he's not sure.  I could have implanted late, but he's not sure.  I did some bloodwork today so we'll see what comes of that.  I'm not sure if I should test again tomorrow.  Or will I just be disappointed again?

I'm just so frustrated.  I don't know what to think right now.  I don't know what's happening with my body and that's so frustrating.

  1. Oh, hun :( That's such a nightmare situation! I hope he's able to find something out and give you some sort of answer. It's so frustrating when our bodies don't do what they're supposed to do. I'm sending you lots of hugs and will be praying you get an answer that helps.

  5. I have AFs just like that! UGH. It is almost the worst part of all of this - never knowing exactly what the heck is going on. I'm sorry :(

  6. :( It's so awful to be in limbo ... not knowing is worse than knowing, I think. I hope they figure it out soon!

  7. I'm sorry things are frustrating. My re doesn't really know what to do with me either. We are just trying things and hoping they work.

  8. you need to take metformin with clomid for it to work well. It worked for me the first time i used the combination of the two.
