I discovered Kristin's 2010 Book Challenge today and thought I'd sign up. I'm a huge reader, as J says, I read WAY too much and have WAY too many books, so this is the perfect challenge for me! Go and check it out here.
I'll post the books I've read on my side bar. I kind of got into a rut reading only chick-lit books last year so this year I'm really trying to read books that have some substance. Anyone have any suggestions for some good reads?

Did you read the Jeannette Walls books? And check out Wild Swans by Jung Chang, quite readable despite being non-fiction. The Cellist of Sarejevo was quick and painless, and suprisingly enjoyable, considering it's setting.
ReplyDeleteI will second the Jeannette Walls book, I think it was Glass Castle or something like that. I could probably go through my book list from last year and yay or nay on them. If you like Dean Koontz his new book Breathless was awesome. I have a book on my side bar (I'll leave it up for a couple more days) called Souveneir that was really good (even if I can't spell the title). Many of the books on the list were really good but those two really stand out. Also the Sugar Queen and Pack up the moon. Oh and my list has mostly clickable links if you're interested. I will admit though to not being super into "deep" books.
